1. Description of Service

TikFlux is a web-based anonymous TikTok viewer that allows users to browse publicly available TikTok content — including profiles, videos, and stories — without logging into TikTok and without appearing in the story creator’s viewer list. The core tool works by fetching public TikTok data through TikFlux infrastructure, so your personal account is never involved.

Features currently labeled “Planned” or “Coming” on TikFlux (such as HD story downloads without watermark, profile analytics, and story archiving) are not yet live. TikFlux makes no guarantee of a specific timeline for these features. By using the Service, you acknowledge that some advertised capabilities are in development and not currently available.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use TikFlux. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using TikFlux, you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

TikFlux is primarily designed for users in the United States, though it is accessible globally. If you access TikFlux from outside the US, you are responsible for compliance with any local laws that may apply.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use TikFlux only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following uses are expressly prohibited:

You may NOT use TikFlux to:

• Access, attempt to access, or display content from private TikTok accounts, or circumvent TikTok’s privacy restrictions in any way
• Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or monitor any individual without their knowledge or consent
• Scrape, crawl, or mass-download TikTok content at abusive volumes or in ways that disrupt TikFlux or TikTok’s infrastructure
• Use TikFlux for automated bulk data collection, commercial data harvesting, or building competing datasets without written permission from TikFlux
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or probe TikFlux’s technical architecture or security measures
• Upload, transmit, or facilitate malware, viruses, or any harmful code through TikFlux
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate TikTok, TikFlux, or any third party
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law in the United States, or any law of your jurisdiction

Permitted uses include: personal research, competitive content analysis, browsing public creator profiles, checking publicly posted TikTok stories without an account, and using TikFlux as a professional tool for marketing insights.

4. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on TikFlux that originates from TikTok — including videos, stories, usernames, profile images, and captions — remains the property of TikTok and the respective content creators. TikFlux does not claim ownership over any TikTok content.

TikFlux’s own interface, code, branding, design, and written content (including this Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy) are the intellectual property of TikFlux and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

5. No Affiliation with TikTok

TikFlux is an independent, third-party anonymous TikTok story viewer. We have no formal relationship with TikTok or ByteDance. We are not authorized by TikTok to access its platform. TikFlux operates by displaying publicly accessible TikTok content — the same content visible to any unlogged user via tiktok.com — through our own interface for user convenience and privacy.

TikTok’s Terms of Service govern TikTok’s own platform. TikFlux’s Terms govern this Service only. If TikTok modifies its technical infrastructure in ways that limit or block TikFlux’s ability to display content, TikFlux may become partially or fully non-functional without notice. This is not a breach of TikFlux’s obligations to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The TikFlux service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be available continuously or without interruption
• TikTok stories or profiles will load correctly at all times, given TikTok’s own infrastructure changes
• The anonymous TikTok viewer will work for all accounts or all content types at all times
• The Service is free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TikFlux disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by US law, TikFlux and its operators shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to our systems or data

This limitation applies even if TikFlux has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some US states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of certain damages — in those states, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Third-Party Content and Links

TikFlux displays content sourced from TikTok, which is a third-party platform. We have no control over the accuracy, appropriateness, or availability of that content. If you encounter content on TikFlux that appears to violate TikTok’s Community Guidelines or applicable law, we encourage you to report it directly to TikTok.

TikFlux may include links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.

9. DMCA and Copyright

TikFlux respects copyright law and responds to valid DMCA takedown notices. If you believe that content accessible through TikFlux infringes your copyright, please contact us at info@tikflux.com with a detailed notice as described in our Privacy Policy. We will review all valid notices and take appropriate action promptly.

10. Modifications to the Service and Terms

TikFlux reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of TikFlux after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the Service.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which TikFlux is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law in your state provides otherwise.

12. Severability

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with TikFlux’s Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TikFlux regarding your use of the Service. They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
